Add milk to the dry pancake mix instead of water. try adding nuts, bananas, blueberries or any other of your favorites to the batter for added crunch and flavor! Don't forget the toppings – our pancakes do taste amazing with original maple syrup, but you can also use honey, yogurt, agave, peanut butter or even chocolate!

Directions

Mix the batter. Whisk ½ cup dry mix with ¼ cup cold water, just until ingredients are blended. Heat the griddle. Preheat to 325 degrees. Pour the batter. Makes 2 six-inch pancakes. Cook until golden & flip. Cook until bubbles stop forming and edges are cooked, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown.
