As a dietary supplement, consume one serving (one scoop) 5-30 minutes before training with 10 ounces of water or non-caffeinated beverage. Do not consume more than one serving (one scoop) per 24 hours period under any circumstances. Do not exceed 60 days continuous use of this product without a 30 day break.
