Each scoop (27g) of CARB HP should be mixed in 8-10 fluid oz of water. Add 1-2 scoops of CARB HP to your shaker cup or water bottle with the appropriate amount of water. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until the powder is fully dissolved. Due to the highly branched and high molecular weight nature of the Cluster Dextrin, extra shaking may be required to fully dissolve the powder. WHEN TO USE: PRE or INTRA (before or during) workout/training: Mix 1-2 scoops of CARB HP as directed above. You can add CARB HP to your favorite pre-wokout, amino acid, BCAA, creatine or electrolyte drink to help boost energy, absorption and performance. Ensure to add enough water to adequatly dissolve CARB HP (at least 8 oz per scoop). POST (after) workout/training: Mix 1-2 scoops of CARB HP as directed above to assist recovery and muscle glycogen replenishment.
