Take 2 Thermo Heat Nighttime capsules 30 minutes before evening meal or before bedtime. Do not consume more than 2 capsules daily. Nutrients like tryptophan, 5-hydroxy- tryptophan (5-HTP) and 5-adenosyl-methionine and St. John's wort can increase the amount of serotonin, and combined with medication may cause serotonin syndrome in susceptible people. Immediately discontinue use and call your health care provider if you experience any adverse reaction. Keep out of reach of children.
