Do not exceed 3 tablets daily.* Under 150 lbs. or low tolerance: Take 1 tablet once daily. Over 150 lbs. to 200 lbs. or moderate tolerance: Take 2 tablets once daily. Over 200 lbs. or high tolerance: Take 3 tablets once daily.
