Directions

1) Pour 8 oz (1 cup) of cold 2% milk into a shaker bottle then add 2 scoops of smoothie mix. 2) Shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds (dancing is optional). 3) Enjoy until the last drop! No Shaker Bottle? Just stir vigorously with a spoon until thick and frothy. Milk Alternatives? Almond, coconut, and cashew milk taste great too! (They'll be thicker). Thick or Thin? Use less liquid for a thicker smoothie. Have Kids? Try one scoop with 4 oz of milk for smaller portions.
